NXGT is a nightlife media and subscriber-pass platform operated under Experience Pattaya City (EPC). By subscribing or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the listed price until canceled in your account settings. Access unlocks nightly galleries from all Verified venues plus partner discounts and giveaway eligibility.

Venues and their photographers are responsible for the content they upload. NXGT hosts this content and applies its "Verified by EPC" badge as a point-in-time compliance check, not an ongoing guarantee.

Accounts found gaming the referral, commission, or giveaway systems may be suspended without a refund of the current billing period.

NXGT processes personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA B.E. 2562).

Account details (email or social login), subscription status, and — for guests photographed at partner venues — the nightly photos/video venues upload on your behalf, gated behind your subscription.

Data and media may be processed and stored on secure cloud servers outside Thailand under Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring compliance with Section 29 of the PDPA.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your photos and personal data at any time from your account settings.

Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember your subscription state. Non-essential cookies (analytics) only run if you accept them via the cookie banner.

Periodic prize giveaways are open only to subscribers with an active subscription at the time a winner is drawn.

Winners are selected via a physical drawing at a live event, at random and unscheduled times, in compliance with Thai promotional draw regulations.

All prize winners are subject to a 5% withholding tax under the Thai Revenue Code.
