By subscribing to or using EPC Exclusive, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

EPC Exclusive is 100 THB/month, billed automatically until canceled. Track 2 members (giveaway applicants) receive a 30-day free trial before the first charge; Track 1 members (video downloads) are charged immediately with no trial. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

Each account may claim and download exactly one video. Claimed videos are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or sold.

Fraudulent voting, automated/bot activity, duplicate accounts, and falsified giveaway applications are prohibited and may result in disqualification or account termination.

EPC Exclusive is provided "as is." EPC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Name, email address, payment tokens (processed by Omise — EPC never sees or stores your card details), and, if you apply for the giveaway, a photo you submit as proof of participation.

Your personal data and media assets may be processed and stored on secure cloud servers outside Thailand, including Cloudflare R2 and Supabase infrastructure, under Standard Contractual Clauses ensuring data protection standards equivalent to or higher than Thailand's PDPA.

To process your subscription, deliver your video, run the giveaway and verify eligibility, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Under the PDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting EPC through your account dashboard.

Voting is 100% free and open to the public. No purchase is required to cast a vote.

To receive the prize, the nominated runner must hold an active EPC Exclusive subscription at the exact moment voting closes and the winner is determined. Open to all runners regardless of nationality or residency, including international visitors.

The runner with the highest number of verified votes at the close of the voting period is declared the winner. Votes are counted per unique verified voter per runner; duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.

In the event of a tie, a short additional voting window will be opened exclusively between the tied runners to determine the winner.

The exact date and time voting closes will be announced separately on the site.

One pair of running shoes, approximate retail value 5,000 THB. As the prize value exceeds 1,000 THB, a 5% withholding tax applies under the Thai Revenue Code and must be settled by the winner prior to prize handover.

EPC reserves the right to audit vote integrity and disqualify entries suspected of fraud, bot activity, or duplicate voting.
